The request body: the fields of params, then run options that sit next to params.

| params.organization_name | string | Organisation name (trailing * for prefix match). |
| params.first_name | string | Individual provider first name. |
| params.last_name | string | Individual provider last name. |
| params.taxonomy_description | string | Specialty, e.g. "dentist". |
| params.city | string | Practice city. |
| params.state | string | Two-letter state (combine with another field). |
| params.postal_code | string | ZIP code (5 or 9 digits). |
| params.enumeration_type | string | NPI-1 (individuals) or NPI-2 (organisations). |
| maxResults | number | Most providers to return (1 to 1000, default 100). Sent next to params, not inside it. |
