Terms of service
Last updated 2026-07-15
These terms cover use of the SuperScraper API and site. See also the Privacy policy and Data sources & provenance.
The service
SuperScraper provides an API that fetches and structures web content. You access it with an API key. You are responsible for keeping your key secret and for all usage under it.
Acceptable use
Use the API lawfully. Do not use it to access data you are not permitted to access, to bypass authentication you do not hold, or to violate a site’s terms in a way that creates legal exposure. The default fetch respects robots.txt.
Do not resell raw access, attempt to overwhelm the service, or use it to build a competing scraping API from our responses.
Credits and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. One page is one credit. Overages are billed at the rate shown on your plan. A scrape that returns no data is not billed.
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. See the pricing page for the current plans and rates.
Availability
The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and we do not publish an uptime number we cannot back with an independent monitor. Live component health is shown on the status page.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is". We attach a confidence score and provenance to structured results so you can decide what to trust, but we do not warrant that any specific result is complete or correct. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
