The request body: the fields of params, then run options that sit next to params.

| params.ticker | string | Exchange ticker, resolved to a CIK with the SEC ticker table. |
| params.forms | string | Comma-separated form types to keep, e.g. "10-K,10-Q". |
| maxResults | number | Most filings to return (1 to 1000, default 100). Sent next to params, not inside it. |
